Vietnamese Restaurant
We are inspired by Vietnamese street food, our takeaway restaurant Hanoi Alley opened in the trendy area of Nørrebro in Copenhagen at the beginning of 2022. A little oasis in the middle of the city is run by Thu Hien, an experienced restaurant owner from Vietnam, who ran two popular restaurant chains: Ngo 89 and 1976.
At Hanoi Alley, we offer an authentic and intimate environment – a cozy living room with a small menu, where you’ll find the most authentic Vietnamese foods, made with love and dedication.
Vietnamese street food expresses the beauty of Vietnamese people’s culture, lifestyle, feelings and thoughts and Hanoi Alley is a rare fresh flower in CPH. To ensure that the flavour stays fresh and authentic our dishes are not made in advance. In order to bring out the natural flavours of the ingredients. Our food focuses on the harmony and freshness of the carefully selected items: You will find an adequate taste which includes the contrasts of sour, spicy, salty, and sweet, elevating your culinary experience.
